Since early 2013, I have been writing regularly for Moffat – one of the world’s largest suppliers of premium, high-quality commercial kitchen and restaurant equipment. On an ongoing basis, I have been writing articles and product overviews for their quarterly publication, Moffat Connection. This has included interviewing a range of high profile chefs and restaurant owners, and writing overviews of their restaurants and their relationship with Moffat. This is an article I wrote after interviewing the talented Frank Camorra about the opening of MoVida Sydney.
