Salesforce.com is a ‘cloud-based’ CRM solution - and is the world’s number one CRM software. In May 2009, I was engaged by Ideagarden to write copy for two eDMs, to promote Salesforce.com to a broad target audience. The eDM needed to promote a free whitepaper, as well as an option to save 50% on the Salesforce.com Starter Pack.
