Microsoft - Fact or Fiction campaign

Fact or Fiction ThmbnailIn December 2007, I  worked for McCann Sydney to write all content for a digital and print-based campaign for Microsoft.  ‘Fact or Fiction’ was designed to combat the uncertainty surrounding Windows Vista amongst Microsoft’s system builders. 

By completing training and a test on Windows Vista, system builders were given the chance to win a $15,000 home entertainment system.

I wrote a series of direct-marketing pieces and print ads, as well as a website with videos, banners and an interactive quiz. The results of the campaign were huge– with over ½ of all known system builders in Australia entering the competition, and sales of Windows Vista increasing by a significant margin.
