Caffe di Gabriel is a boutique coffee roaster - started in 2006 by famed barista, Sam Gabrielian. Today, they sell their premium blends - and coffee-making equipment - to a wide range of establishments and cafes in Australia, Asia and Europe. I was approached to write all content for the Caffe di Gabriel website - which needed to tell the story of the company’s origin, and explain the level of passion and creativity that shapes all of their production. The copy needed to be suitably personal and romantic.
